A-Z Blogging Challenge 2012

Nearly a year ago I was nagged encouraged into the blogging world by my lovely blogging friends Kirsty, Stacey & Michelle.  They had all signed up to the April 2011 A-Z blogging challenge, and encouraged Cath & I, then blogging newbies, to sign up too.

The A-Z challenge involves posting each day in April (with most Sundays off), with the title for each post beginning with the subsequent letter of the alphabet.  Having such a formula gave me ideas for blogging topics & gave me the confidence to take the plunge, and so Jay’s Insight was born.  Well, it’s April tomorrow, which means it’s time for a whole new A-Z challenge.

Well, it’s April tomorrow, which means it’s time for a whole new A-Z challenge.  I was the 309th blogger to sign up, and when I last checked there were a staggering 1346 participants!  This challenge is a great way to start blogging as it helps give nervous newcomers some direction, challengers existing bloggers to maybe diversify their usual topics, and is a great opportunity to discover some fantastic blogs – on day 1 you visit the next participant on the list after you, with the intention of the challenge being that you try to visit 5 new blogs each day.

So what are you waiting for?  Cick the badge & join the A-Z challenge!

So, have you decided on a theme this year, or are you going eclectic?

Fellow challenger here, look forward to your posts. I always enjoy things about travelling so that sounds good!
