Jay: “Which is the smallest line of letters you can read?”
Patient: “The bottom one”
Jay: “Great, if you could read it out then please”
Patient: “I can’t see it”
Jay :*Sigh*
*********************************************
Jay: “Which is the smallest line you can read?”
Patient: “I can’t see any of those”
Patient: *Reads entire chart from top to bottom*
Jay: *Sigh*
*********************************************
Jay: *Gestures back towards letter chart*
Jay: “And what can you manage to read there now?”
Patient: “Well, papers, books….”
Jay: *Sigh*
*********************************************
Jay: “What is the smallest line you can read?”
Patient (in panicked tones): “I can’t see ANYTHING!!”
Jay: “You know why don’t you?”
Patient (in panicked tones): “Why, what is it, what’s wrong with my eyes??”
Jay: “They’re shut”
